The 2016 Legislative Council Election will be held on 4 September 2016 (Sunday). The Equal Opportunities Commission is of the view that all qualified voters, irrespective of their disabilities, are entitled to equal access to the voting procedures, facilities and materials in order to exercise their right to vote. As in previous elections, the Government will put in place measures to facilitate electors with special needs to exercise their right to vote in the coming Legislative Council Election.
