The 2018 Legislative Council Kowloon West Geographical Constituency By-election (“By-election”) will be held on 25 November 2018 (Sunday). Registered electors of the Kowloon West Geographical Constituency whose names have been included in the 2018 Final Register of Electors may cast their vote in the by-election.

The Equal Opportunities Commission is of the view that all qualified voters, irrespective of their disabilities, are entitled to equal access to the voting procedures, facilities and materials in order to exercise their right to vote. As in previous elections, the Government will put in place measures to facilitate electors with special needs to exercise their right to vote in the coming By-election.
