"Study on Legislation against Discrimination on the Grounds of Sexual Orientation,
Gender Identity and Intersex Status"
Additional findings of the telephone survey

The Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) has commissioned the Gender Research Centre of the Hong Kong Institute of Asia-Pacific Studies at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (research team) to conduct “Study on Legislation against Discrimination on the Grounds of Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity (SOGI) and Intersex Status”. Telephone survey was used as one of the research methods to solicit public views about issues related to SOGI and intersex status. Since the research team would like the public and stakeholders to focus on the discussion on matters related to legislation against discrimination on the ground of SOGI and intersex status, parts of the data collected in the telephone survey were not presented in the report. In view of public concern about the other parts of the data collected in the telephone survey, additional findings of the telephone survey are uploaded to the EOC website for public reference.
