To promote good management practices in implementing equal opportunities in employment and eliminating pay discrimination on the ground of gender, the EOC has newly developed a set of guidebooks to strengthen public understanding on the concepts of “Equal Pay for Equal Work” and “Equal Pay for Work of Equal Value”.

The EOC has launched a new webpage containing information on different community resources such as educational modules, training programmes, books and etc. Check out the latest information on “Dialogue in the Dark” Executive Workshop which provides participants with a special experience in self-exploration and team building, as well as enhances their understanding of blind people.

  Short Video Competition “Stop Discrimination Now – Starting with You and Me”

The territory-wide competition organized by the EOC is now open for entries. The competition aims to raise concern for equal opportunities among the video lovers and encourage the general public to work together towards the creation of an inclusive society with diversity. The entry deadline is 27 Mar 2009.
