Clearly, this underscores the need for skilled professionals to handle the equal opportunities issues within organizations and businesses. Employers have also indicated their wish to recruit ¡§EO Officers¡¨ to handle matters related to equal opportunities in the workplace.   The EOC works with businesses and organizations to assist them in implementing good management practices and to ensure they are equipped to implement equality standards in their work environment.
