Hong Kong has a sizeable ethnic minority community who may encounter difficulties when seeking employment, education, housing and health care. As Asia’s World City, Hong Kong should show its commitment to guard against discrimination.

With this goal, the Equal Opportunities Commission strives to promote diversity and foster an inclusive society in which all individuals enjoy equality of opportunities, dignity and rights.

This webpage provides information and resources for all members of the Hong Kong community on services available for ethnic minorities to facilitate equal access and opportunities in various areas of daily life.
