| Dr Lily Chiang,
graduated from the School of Engineering, University of Southern
California, and received her MBA degree from the Chinese University
of Hong Kong and PhD degree in Manufacturing Engineering from
the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Dr Chiang is the Vice-Chairman
of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. She founded E1
Media Technology Limited and Eco-Tek Holdings Limited in 1999,
focusing in the development of multi-media and environmental
technology respectively. Dr Chiang was a recipient of the Ten
Outstanding Young Persons Award and was named one of the Distinguished
Women of Hong Kong in the High Technology Sector. |
