Making an Enquiry

You can reach us by using one of the following listed channels:

Telephone

Call our hotline at 2106 2222. Your call will be answered by our duty officer during opening hours. 

Outside the opening hours, you may still call our hotline and leave your voice message, contact number, and name, our duty officer will contact you the next working day.

The opening hours of the EOC hotline are:

Mondays – Fridays     8:45 am to 1 pm; 2 pm to 5:45 pm

Saturdays / Sundays / Public Holidays     Closed

Letter / Fax

Enquiry in the form of fax or letter can be sent to the EOC at 2106 2324 or the address below respectively. Please provide the following details in your fax or letter: 

  • Your name
  • Contact phone number
  • Correspondence address / email address
  • Content of enquiry

You may also make an enquiry to the EOC office in person during our opening hours.

Note: Word limit for each SMS message is 140 English characters (The 141st character will be counted as the next SMS message, etc.)

Online Form

Please pay attention to the points to note and fill out the form. Upon receipt of this online form, you will be contacted by an EOC duty officer.

If you have any questions or need assistance in completing the form, please call the EOC anti-sexual harassment hotline at 2106 2222. If you are yet to receive any message from us 14 working days after you send in your form, please call our hotline as we may not have received your message due to technical issues.
