Pre-School Division: Children studying registered nurseries and kindergartens in Hong Kong
Lower Primary Division: P1 to P3 students of any registered primary schools in Hong Kong
Upper Primary Division: P4 to P6 students of any registered primary schools in Hong Kong

Participants of Pre-school and Lower Primary Divisions are required to colour the picture provided on the application form. Other creative designs can be added to the picture to express the theme message. There is no restriction on the use of painting tools and types of paints, but the use of computer software is not allowed.

Participants of Upper Primary Division are required to draw a picture with the theme “mutual respect, friendship and inclusion”. The picture should be in A4 vertical or horizontal format. There is no restriction on the use of drawing tools and types of paints, but the use of computer software is not allowed.

Prizes：

For each division

	Champion	: HK$2,000 & a certificate (1 Awardee)
	1st runner-up	: HK$1,500 & a certificate (1 Awardee)
	2nd runner-up	: HK$1,000 & a certificate (1 Awardee)
	Most Popular Entry on Facebook	: HK$1,000 & a certificate (1 Awardee)
	Merit	: HK$500 & a certificate (2 Awardees)
