The scenic Causeway Bay sunset didn’t bring me the joy and excitement it was supposed to. Everything looked good, but I didn’t feel good. The disconnect made me wallow further in my self-pity. I wanted to close myself off from the world. Although I was with my photographer friends, a wave of loneliness swept through me.
