This picture was taken when my little boy was 11 months old. He was staring out of the window, as if deep in thoughts. Outside is a fascinating world full of wonders. The miniscule living space in Hong Kong even makes a toddler long for the outside world. As a full-time mother, I spend most of the time looking after my family at home. Day by day, I feel more and more detached from the world.
