A few years ago, my younger son wanted to join the sprint race at school. However, the school rejected his application because of his condition. Refusing to give up, he got a letter from his doctor saying he was fit to participate in the race. Still, the school insisted, citing safety concerns. In any event, he was totally right to have fought for himself. It is this kind of determination that would help him overcome hurdles in life. I wish him every success in his future!
