When I have spare time, I would go to the kindergarten and tell stories to the kids in Putonghua, getting them exposed to a different language. They call me the Storytelling Auntie, and they always listen attentively and interact with me with such enthusiasm, it gives me the confidence I need to carry on. I also do volunteer work from time to time, hoping to make a contribution to society even with humble background, however small it may be.
