- The application is free of charge.
- Interested students are required to submit their applications individually with a short article (300-600 words) or a short video (2-5 minutes), outlining their views on equal opportunities in either Chinese or English. Photos or pictures attached to articles as supplementary submissions are welcome. For detailed requirements regarding the article or video, please refer to the online application form.
- Selection of Youth Ambassadors will be based on the articles or videos submitted. Applicants may be required to submit additional information or invited to attend an interview presenting his/her views on equal opportunities to the Assessment Panel.
- Application must be submitted to the EOC through the online application form.

Eligibility
The Scheme is open to full-time students who are studying diploma courses or above from any tertiary education institutions in Hong Kong.

Notes for Applicants
- Participating students should ensure that all information provided in the application form is true and accurate. Verification of data submitted by the applicants may be required.
- The EOC may request additional information and supporting documents during the assessment process.
- The EOC reserves the right to reject an application in case the information provided in the application form is incomplete or inaccurate.
- The decision of the Assessment Panel is final.
- The Youth Ambassadors should actively participate in the activities including the promotional activities of the Scheme.
- Applicants will be notified of the application results via email by the end of December 2025. Successful applicants must confirm their acceptance by the specified deadline. If the EOC does not receive a response by then, the applicant will be considered to have withdrawn from the Scheme and forfeited the opportunity to become a Youth Ambassador.
- Personal data provided by the applicants will be used by the EOC for the purpose of communication and promotion related to the Scheme. Should the applicants wish to access or correct the data, please contact the EOC at 2511 8211 or email to youth@eoc.org.hk.
