'Understanding Sexual Harassment' Learning Platform
The ‘Understanding Sexual Harassment’ Learning Platform is an online educational platform launched by the Anti-Sexual Harassment Unit of the Equal Opportunities Commission in early 2024. The Learning Platform is designed to improve young people’s understanding of sexual harassment. Upon completing the course, learners will acquire knowledge of what constitutes sexual harassment, learn to recognise the circumstances in which it may occur, and understand how to prevent and respond to it.
The Learning Platform comprises two parts. The topics are as follows:

What is ‘Understanding Sexual Harassment’ Learning Platform?
The Learning Platform is launched by the Anti-Sexual Harassment Unit of the Equal Opportunities Commission in early 2024. It aims to enhance learners’ general understanding of sexual harassment. After completing the course, learners will gain knowledge of what constitutes sexual harassment, become aware of the circumstances when it could possibly happen, and learn ways to prevent and respond to it.

The Learning Platform is managed by the Anti-Sexual Harassment Unit of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
Who can enrol to this Learning Platform?
University and secondary school students are all welcome!
What can I learn from the Learning Platform?
By watching the videos, you will learn about the legal definition of sexual harassment under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance. The content covers situations that may constitute sexual harassment, as well as areas focusing on unconscious bias, boundaries, relationships, and power.
Will I receive a certificate after completing the course?
Yes, learners who have watched all the videos, passed the test and completed the course evaluation will be issued a Certificate of Completion.
What if I cannot complete the course in one go?
Our Learning Platform maintains a record of your progress, allowing you to save and resume learning at any time during your enrolment period.
