What can I do if I have been sexually harassed?

You may report the incident to the designated parties and express your expectations of the remedial actions, or lodge a complaint in writing with the Equal Opportunities Commission within 12 months after the incident has taken place, or take legal proceedings to the District Court with 24 months after the incident has taken place, or report to the police if the incident also involves criminal acts.
