To mark the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (IDERD), the Zubin Foundation is organising a conference titled “The Journey to Racial Equality”.

Objectives:

1. Enhance awareness about Hong Kong’s ethnic minority community

2. Have honest discussions across individual as well as organisational viewpoints

3. Include a cross-section of stakeholders from diverse industries

4. Explore how to change the prevalent mindsets

5. Create a network of those interested in racial equality in Hong Kong
