CareER has rolled out the 2018 edition of its award-winning Fair Opportunity Programme in collaboration with Community Business, once again to offer higher educated people with disabilities and special educational needs a much needed chance to meet with employers across an array of industries as they aspire to put their talents and knowledge to good use.

The highlight of the programme, the Inclusive Recruitment Fair, will take place on 6 October 2018 (Saturday), from 10am to 2pm at Hotel ICON, Tsim Sha Tsui East. It brings together such big names as AXA Hong Kong, The HongKong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, J.P. Morgan, Allianz Global Investors, ANZ Bank, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Fidelity, Goldman Sachs, KPMG and L'Oreal.

Finding a rewarding job and developing a professional career in the corporate sector should be attainable goals for everyone in society, regardless of our differences. All that's needed, as the event and these inclusive employers attest, is the right kind of support and the right frame of mind.
