EOC’s Fall training courses now open for application
Enrolment is now open for our popular anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training courses which are returning this Fall!
Choose from a selection of 10 courses – three free-of-charge – that will suit your different needs, whether it be developing a basic understanding of Hong Kong’s anti-discrimination Ordinances, learning about good practice in HR management, or finding more effective ways to prevent harassment and promote cultural inclusion in the workplace.
Among the Fall offerings is a new addition titled “How Breastfeeding Women are Protected under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance”. The focus will be on the protections against breastfeeding discrimination and harassment introduced under Sex Discrimination Ordinance in 2020-21, as well as examples of practices that organisations can adopt to create a breastfeeding-friendly environment for employees and customers alike.
The courses will run from mid-October until mid-December 2022. Interested parties should enrol at least seven working days before the relevant course commences. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
