The EOC is delighted to be recognised as a “Manpower Developer (MD)” by the Employees Retraining Board (ERB) under the “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”. The status, valid from April 2023 to March 2025, has reaffirmed our continuous efforts and achievements in manpower training and development. 

The “ERB Manpower Developer Award Scheme”, launched in December 2009, aims at cultivating a common social value to attach great importance to manpower training and development. At present, a total of 519 organisations from over 30 industries have been accredited as MDs.

The EOC received the status of MD in 2013. Committed to fostering an organisational culture that encourages life-long learning, the EOC provides staff members with a caring and inclusive working environment and learning opportunities for developing their potential.
