The Labour Department Ethnic Minority Programme is seeking to recruit a new batch of participants, providing them with a unique opportunity to work with pay in the Labour Department by providing assistance to the public. Participants will also have the chance to attend various workshops to enhance their skills on job-search, interpersonal and customer service skills and vocational Cantonese training.

Eligible candidates for the programme are school leavers aged 15 to 24 with Secondary 4 to sub-degree academic level, who are lawfully employable in Hong Kong and able to communicate in either English or Chinese, as well as being proficient in one of the following languages: Hindi, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog, Nepali, Thai, Urdu or Punjab.
