On 4 August 2023, EOC organised a Sportswear Day, which aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle and physical and mental well-being among staff members. In support of the initiative, staff members enthusiatically donned their favourite sports attire, infusing the office with an energetic and rejuvenating atmosphere.

During the day, staff members had the valuable opportunity to join two singing bowl classes, immersing themselves in a sound bath and meditation experience. The soothing sounds of singing bowls allowed particpants to unwind, relax and find inner peace during the 1-hour session.

Sportswear Day serves as a reminder that staying active and leading a healthy lifestyle can significantly contribute to employees’ overall happiness and success. It is also a great opportunity for teams to connect and motivate each other towards a more active and balanced lifestyle.
