2023 Mental Health Month Closing Ceremony

The 2023 Mental Health Month campaign will come to a close following a series of educational events and activities that began in October. Organised by various Government departments, NGOs, and public bodies, including the EOC, the annual campaign aims to raise awareness of mental health issues through a variety of initiatives.

To mark the conclusion of this year’s Mental Health Month, a closing ceremony will take place on 16 December in Central Market. The free public event will run from 11:30am to 5pm, and it will feature live performances, interactive art experiences, game booths, and exhibitions.

As part of this year’s Mental Health Month campaign, a four-panel comic drawing competition was held to encourage students and members of the public to promote mental health with their creativity. An award presentation ceremony for the competition will be held during the closing ceremony. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy the winning artwork at the event.
