The Zubin Foundation’s Diversity List 2024 is open for application. The EOC is proud to be a supporting organisation of the initiative.

First launched in 2016, the Diversity List is curated by the Zubin Foundation and presented to the Hong Kong SAR Government with the aim to improve the representation of ethnic minorities on government advisory and statutory bodies (ASBs). The list features high-calibre, capable, and qualified ethnic minorities who have demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities and have a deep commitment to serving the community through ASBs.

Since its inception, the Diversity List has recommended 122 ethnic minorities as candidates for consideration. Twenty-five of them have subsequently been appointed to 37 ASBs, representing a success rate of 20.5%.

The Zubin Foundation will be hosting an online briefing session about the Diversity List on 2 February 2024. Interested parties can register here. Application deadline for the Diversity List is 26 February 2024.
