The term ESG, which stands for Environment, Social, and Governance, has gained prominence in recent years as a core strategy for businesses to achieve long-term, sustainable growth. Among the key principles of ESG are fostering a diverse workforce and providing equal opportunities for everyone to maximise their potential.

On 28 February 2024, the EOC will organise a seminar entitled “Embracing Equal Opportunities to Enhance ESG” to help small and medium-sized businesses realise their ESG goals by creating diverse and inclusive workplaces. The seminar will feature talks by experts from the EOC, who will share practical tips and best practices on preventing workplace sexual harassment, cultivating racially inclusive work environments, and adopting universal design principles to enhance accessibility.
