The ‘EmpowerZ Traineeship Pilot Programme’ organised by the MTR Corporation aims to enhance the career development of individuals from ethnically diverse backgrounds and individuals with disabilities. The 12-month trainee programme is now accepting applications until 3 March 2024. The EOC is pleased to be a supporting organisation of this initiative.

The programme offers participants hands-on experience in one of the departments in the MTRC, including engineering, customer service, data analytics, and administrative support. During the programme, they will also receive support from a designated mentor and buddy. Eligible candidates should hold a degree/associate degree/higher diploma or equivalent, and have no more than two years of work experience.
