EMerging Talent Internship Programme 2024 opens for application
Ethnic minority youths in Hong Kong often encounter challenges when seeking employment, owing to language barriers, cultural differences and biases of some employers. The Zubin Foundation’s EMerging Talent Internship Programme 2024 aims to address these challenges by connecting non-ethnic Chinese tertiary students with part-time and full-time internship opportunities. The programme is now accepting applications, and the EOC is proud to support this initiative.
This year, organisations from a wide range of sectors, including legal services, food and beverage, real estate, consumer goods, as well as non-profit organisations, are partnering with The Zubin Foundation to provide internship opportunities between June and August 2024. The durations of the internships vary from two weeks to two months, enabling participants to gain practical job experience and work alongside seasoned professionals. The experience will allow them to enhance their resumes and acquire valuable skills that contribute to their personal and professional growth.
