The Quality Property and Facility Management Award (QPFMA) is a prestigious biennial award jointly organised by The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors Property and Facility Management Division (HKIS-PFMD) and The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies (HKAPMC). The award programme aims to recognise outstanding projects and practitioners in the property and facility management industry. Under the theme of “Professional PFM Services Establishing a Wellness Harmony Community”, QPFMA 2024 seeks to honour organisations and practitioners who have demonstrated excellence and remarkable achievements in enhancing the occupant experience while embracing harmony and sustainability. The EOC is a supporting organisation of the Award.

From 10-11 August, the organisers will host the QPFMA 2024 Finalists Presentation to Judging Panel cum Conference, during which shortlisted finalists will give presentations to the judging panel.  The finalists will be judged on a wide range of criteria, including planning and design, community engagement, health and safety enhancements, value-added services, as well as workplace culture.
