The EOC is delighted to announce that two EOC staff members, Ms Adele LOK, Senior Equal Opportunities Officer (Complaint Services) and Ms Beverley CHEUNG, Equal Opportunities Officer (HR Development & Projects), have been honoured with Individual Awards in The Ombudsman’s Awards 2024. The recognition is a testament to their exceptional professionalism, dedicated service, and outstanding achievements. Witnessed by EOC Chairperson Ms Linda LAM Mei-sau and members of the management team, Ms Lok and Ms Cheung received their awards during the Presentation Ceremony held on 31 October 2024.

Introduced by the Office of the Ombudsman in 1997, the Ombudsman’s Awards Scheme recognises public officers for their professional and outstanding service to the general public. This year, a total of 79 public officers received the Individual Awards for their exemplary professional service.
