The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (“WKCDA”) has launched the Inclusive WestK Community Engagement Programme 2024-25, which features a variety of arts and cultural events to bring diverse community members together.

As part of the initiative, January 2025 will be designated as “WestK Inclusive Sharing Month”. A wide range of activities related to accessibility and inclusion will be held throughout the month. Highlights include the Inclusive Tea House Theatre Experience and Touch Tour, where audiences with and without disabilities can enjoy art performances together in a relaxing theatre environment. The programme also includes coffee brewing workshops led by baristas with hearing impairments, allowing participants to learn coffee brewing techniques through Hong Kong Sign Language.
