CareER’s Disability Inclusion Index is inviting employers to enrol in its 2025 cohort. Supported by the EOC, the Index offers a localised framework and assessment tool to assist corporations in advancing disability inclusion. The enrolment deadline is 30 April 2025.

The Index evaluates a company’s level of disability inclusion and identifies potential barriers through a comprehensive survey. Based on the responses, it provides a tailored roadmap with actionable steps to help employers achieve measurable outcomes. To date, over 40 multinational companies and local conglomerates have joined the Index.
