
Two EOC teams commended in the Good Employee Recognition Campaign
The Complaints Handling Team of the Complaint Services Division and the Universal Design Project Team of the Policy, Research and Training Division have been commended as “Good Employee Teams” in the Good Employee Recognition Campaign. They have been recognised for their exceptional performance in five key aspects: work abilities, attitude to clients, adaptability, team spirit, and a sense of belonging to the organisation.
Launched in 2024 by the Labour Department, the Good Employee Recognition Campaign encourages the signatories of the Good Employer Charter 2024 (Charter) to nominate outstanding employees to express gratitude and recognition for their contributions. The EOC has been a signatory of the Charter since 2020.
