Latest batch of Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities opens for applications
The seventh batch of the Arts Development Fund for Persons with Disabilities under the Social Welfare Department is open for applications from eligible organisations until 1 September 2025 (Monday). Non-profit organisations with at least two years of experience in organising structured arts activities or training programmes for persons with disabilities are eligible to apply.
The Arts Development Fund aims to enhance the participation of persons with disabilities in recreational, sports, and cultural activities. The Fund provides funding for two types of projects. Tier One projects are elementary and/or continuing programmes or training classes that provide opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate in the arts. Tier Two projects are large-scale, long-term initiatives designed to nurture individuals with disabilities who possess significant artistic potential. The projects should provide support to enable these individuals to develop careers in the performing, visual, or creative arts.
