The Labour Department and the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong (DAB) Ethnic minorities Committee organised the ‘Building a Multicultural Workplace Job Fair’ on 24 and 25 July 2025 to enhance the employment opportunities of job seekers from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds. The event provided 2 300 quality job vacancies from 50 participating organisations.

As a co-organiser, the EOC set up a dedicated booth to showcase 185 job vacancies from 13 signatories of the Racial Diversity and Inclusion Charter for Employers. Over 200 job seekers from diverse cultural backgrounds visited the booth and made enquiries. In addition, the EOC organised two career talks on start-ups, education, and social service sectors, attracting over 100 participants.
