EOC’s training programme returns this fall
Applications are now open for the EOC’s 2025 fall training programme. Running from October to December 2025, the programme offers three free-of-charge courses and seven fee-charging courses.
The three free courses, namely ‘Introduction to the Anti-Discrimination Ordinances in Hong Kong’, ‘How Breastfeeding Women are Protected under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance’, and ‘Promoting Racial Inclusion in the Workplace’, will be held online.
The EOC will introduce a new fee-charging course titled ‘Access for All under the Anti-Discrimination Ordinances’. Extra points will be awarded to applicants of the upcoming Universal Design Award Scheme 2026/27 for joining this course. Other fee-charging courses include ‘Understanding Equal Opportunities via Board Game’, ‘Embracing Diversity, Equality and Inclusion in the Workplace’, ‘Manager’s Roles in Combating Workplace Sexual Harassment’, ‘Managing Recruitment and Selection Processes’, ‘Issues in Human Resources Management under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance and the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance’, and ‘Managing Complaints of Discrimination and Harassment in the Workplace’.
The courses in the training programme are designed for managers, human resource professionals, diversity, equality and inclusion professionals, recruitment consultants, and business owners. Places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration should be made at least seven working days in advance of the date of the course concerned.
