The Women’s Foundation is recruiting male university students to join its Young Allies Programme, which aims to empower students to become advocates for gender equality and inclusive leadership. The EOC is a supporting organisation of the programme.

Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on learning, the programme enables participants to enhance their gender awareness and inclusive leadership skills, explore ways to challenge gender norms, and build up a network of young male allies to support gender equality.

Applications are now open until 12 October 2025.
