EOC recognised as a Disability Inclusive Pioneer

The EOC has received the ‘Level 3: Disability Inclusive Pioneer’ accolade under the “Caring Employer” Medal 2025. The award reflects the EOC’s ongoing commitment in supporting people with disabilities and fostering an inclusive workplace.

Jointly organised by the Labour and Welfare Bureau’s Diverse Abilities · Inclusive Workplace Recognition Scheme and the Jockey Club Collaboration Project for Inclusive Employment, the “Caring Employer” Medal recognises employers who have made significant contributions in creating disability-inclusive workplaces. It also seeks to inspire more organisations to take the first step in providing opportunities and support for people with disabilities in the job market.

The award features a three-tiered system: Level 1: Disability Inclusive Supporter, Level 2: Disability Inclusive Employer and Level 3: Disability Inclusive Pioneer. Out of 153 organisations that received the medal, only 25, including the EOC, were awarded the Level 3 award.
