On 10 December 2025, the EOC will co-organise a seminar with Dream Impact on building racially inclusive and harassment-free co-working spaces. Titled ‘Respect for All: Co-Creating Safe and Inclusive Shared Workplaces’, the seminar will provide practical strategies to create safe and inclusive shared workspaces. The event will also include Q&A sessions with diversity, equality and inclusion (DEI) experts and provide opportunities for participants to network with like-minded professionals.

Startups, social enterprises, users and operators of co-working spaces and professionals passionate about DEI and social innovation are welcome to join the seminar. Details are as follows:
