The EOC will hold a lunch and learn webinar on implementing universal design in the workplace with the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) on 15 January 2026 (Thursday).

Titled Designing for Everyone: Universal Design at Work, the webinar will explore practical tips on developing inclusive human resources policies, addressing physical, operational and attitudinal barriers, and securing managerial buy-in to foster inclusive work environments for employees with diverse needs.
