Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power is calling for nominations for its 13th Life Driver Election. This annual event recognises distinguished employees with disabilities who have achieved remarkable success in their professions. The initiative also aims to encourage more employers to hire persons with disabilities and boost the confidence of persons with disabilities in seeking employment. The EOC is a supporting organisation of this initiative.

To qualify for nomination, candidates with disabilities must be aged 18 or above by 2025, and currently employed, self-employed or running their own business. They must have at least one nominator, who can be a corporate entity, an organisation or an individual. The selection criteria will focus on the nominee’s positive attitude, resilience in overcoming challenges, contributions to the society, and advocacy for the rights of persons with disabilities.

The deadline for nomination is 13 March 2026. The award presentation ceremony will be held on 16 May.
