The EOC’s network is experiencing a technical issue which has disrupted our email communications.  Senders may not be able to successfully send emails to the EOC’s mailboxes from the morning of Sunday 18 August 2024. Calls to our hotline and direct staff lines may be unstable.  

We are fixing the issue and will return to normal service as soon as possible. During the maintenance period, members of the public can make complaints or enquiries through other existing channels, such as online forms.
