Temporary Suspension of Telephone Communications on 23 June 2025

The EOC telephone system is currently down due to technical issues, causing suspension to the hotline and direct staff lines.

We are working with the operator to resolve the issue and will resume normal service as soon as possible. In the meantime, members of the public can submit complaints or enquiries through the online forms on the EOC website.
