EMerging Talent Internship Programme Recognition Event (16 October 2024)

The EOC is proud to be part of the EMerging Talent Internship Programme Recognition Ceremony, organised by the Zubin Foundation on 16 October. As the supporting organisation for the fourth consecutive year, the EOC deeply appreciated the efforts by both the interns and host companies involved in the Internship Programme for students of diverse races.

We are delighted to know that over 50 internships were offered by more than 30 employers, with a remarkable 70% of these opportunities coming from the EOC’s Racial Diversity & Inclusion Employer Charter. This demonstrates a growing commitment from our partners to create pathways for talented individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds to enter the workforce.
