'EOC News' is published quarterly by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) and is available, free of charge, to the public. The EOC is a statutory body responsible for implementing the Sex Discrimination Ordinance and the Disability Discrimination Ordinance as well as the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance. The EOC aims at working towards the elimination of discrimination on the grounds of sex, martial status, pregnancy, disability and family status. The EOC also aims to promote equality of opportunities between men and women, between persons with and without a disability and irrespective of family status.
