In view of the latest epidemic situation, the Commission has resumed its normal services from 25 April 2022. 

Our hotline and reception services operate from 8:45 am to 5:45 pm, from Monday to Friday.  

Despite the resumption of our normal services, we appeal to members of the public to make enquiries or lodge complaints through other existing means such as contacting our hotline, completing on-line forms and by post for the purpose of preventing infection rebound in the community. 

Visitors to the Commission’s office should wear surgical masks at all times and comply with the Commission’s infection control measures including presenting a valid Vaccine Pass, temperature checks and social distancing arrangements.
