Walking in Solidarity: A Day at the EOC

We are nothing without our people. At the EOC, we believe the dogged determination and innovative ideas of our diverse talents are what drive us towards our goal: to uproot discrimination, empower communities, and make DEI a reality in Hong Kong.

To offer an inside look at the work of the EOC day in and day out, the Commission has recently released a video titled “Walking in Solidarity: A Day at the EOC” as part of EO Month, an accredited celebration event for the 25th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong SAR. In three weeks’ time, the video has attracted over 30 000 views on Linkedin.

From handling complaints to conciliating disputes, from giving legal assistance to reviewing the law, from conducting research to advocating policy reform, from training corporations to engaging the public, the work done by EOC talents ultimately is about sowing seeds of change and cultivating hopes for a fairer world.

That world cannot materialise without your support. We invite you to watch and share the video now, so that more will join us in making Hong Kong a better place for all.
