There is no place for harassment at universities
In response to recent news about students of The University of Hong Kong allegedly harassing two fellow students at a dormitory, the EOC issued a statement on 13 September 2022 condemning any form of school bullying, while clarifying the scope and application of Hong Kong’s anti-discrimination ordinances.

South Asian students in Hong Kong face more institutional barriers than their Chinese counterparts in accessing support and services for children with special educational needs, according to a study conducted in 2021-22 by Caritas Institute of Higher Education and funded by the EOC.
