EOC’s 2023 Spring training courses open for enrolment

Enrolment is now open for the EOC’s 2023 Spring training courses. On offer are three free-of-charge courses and seven fee-charging courses, running from mid-April until mid-June.

The three free courses will be held online, namely “Introduction to the Anti-discrimination Ordinances in Hong Kong”, “Understanding the Unlawful Harassment under the Anti-Discrimination Ordinance” and “How Breastfeeding Women are Protected under the Sex Discrimination Ordinance”.

The newly introduced in-person course titled “Access for All under Disability Discrimination Ordinance” will be available to enrich participants’ knowledge and understanding about accessibility issues, including the legal framework, complaint-handling mechanism, as well as the concepts and measures of universal accessibility.

Other fee-charging courses will dive into specific issues, such as “Promoting Culturally Inclusive Workplace”, “Preventing and Managing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace”, and “Managing Recruitment and Selection Processes”. The content is particularly useful for managers, HR and DEI professionals, recruitment consultants and business owners.

Places are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration should be made at least seven working days in advance of the date of the course of interest. For enquiries, please contact the EOC at 2106 2155.
