On 6 December 2023, the EOC’s Annual Report 2022-23 was tabled at the Legislative Council and published on the EOC’s website. Entitled Forging Ahead to a New Chapter of Equal Opportunities and Inclusion, the report details the EOC’s key achievements from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023 in promoting equality and combating discrimination in Hong Kong.

On 7 and 8 December 2023, the EOC participated in the Entrepreneur Day fair at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre to promote the value of equal opportunities to the business community.

The 2023 Mental Health Month campaign will come to a close following a series of educational events and activities that began in October. Organised by various Government departments, NGOs, and public bodies, including the EOC, the annual campaign aims to raise awareness of mental health issues through a variety of initiatives.

The 2024 Community Business Awards is now open for nomination. Organised by Community Business, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to harnessing the power of business to drive social change, the awards aim to celebrate the achievements of organisations and individuals in Asia who are leading the way in championing DEI. The EOC is a supporting organisation.
