2025 Mental Health Month short video competition calls for entries
Mental Health Month is a territory-wide campaign that aims to raise public awareness about the importance of mental health. As part of this year’s initiative, the organisers have launched the “Short Video Creation Competition of the ‘Fit’ Mental Wellness Promotion Project” to promote effective strategies to enhance physical and mental well-being.
The competition invites members of the public to create 1-minute videos to illustrate how they integrate five healthy habits, namely stress management, social connection, good-quality sleep, regular exercise and healthy nutrition diet, into their daily lives. The competition features three categories: the parent-child category (kindergarten or primary school students and their parents or guardians), the secondary school category and the open category. Winners will receive book vouchers, and their entries will also be showcased at citywide public education events. The application deadline has been extended to 28 November 2025.
